John Rice has been a licensed funeral director for over 30 years. For over 20 years he served as president of funeral service colleges, taking pride in graduating thousands of funeral directors who now serve their communities across the United States.

John realized a long time dream to own his own funeral home in 2003 when he purchased a funeral home in Genoa, Nebraska, where he enjoys working in a serving a small community and handling the services of the families there.

John and his wife, Elta, a special education teacher have two grown children. They believe their motto: “Our Family Serving Yours” reflects their commitment to funeral service and to the families they serve.
